Peak Time Travel is acting as an agents and affiliate in marking arrangements for the Hajj and Umrah Groups consists of Airlines, Hotel Accommodation, Ground Transportation, or any service in connection with the tour including visa and assumes no liability whatsoever for injury, damage , loss, luggage accidents, delay irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason or defect, though the acts of GOD, dangerous incidents in the air, sea, land, fire breakdown of equipments, acts of government or other authorities de jure or de facto, wars weather declared or not, hostilities civil disturbances, strikes, riots theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical, immigration and customs regulations, or from any loss(es) or damage (s) resulting from improper passports, visas, or other documents. Peak Time Travel will accept no responsibilities for loss or additional expenses due to delay or changes in schedule or other causes. These Packages are absolutely non refundable.
Here under the proposal of the three groups for Hajj for the year of 2013M 1434H as requested as Attachment Sign Flyer from both parties by signing this contract from the customer it is mean agree and defeated which Packages he gone travel with . The following three are packages for Year 2013 & 1434 H.

Deposit Amount: $ 2,500.00 USD per person for All Programs (Non Refundable)
First Payment Amount is due at time of booking: $ 2,500.00 USD per person.
Balance of Full Payment by June 15: varies dependent on specific packages selected
New Reservations On or after June 15th Full Payment (including Deposit and First Payment) is due immediately upon booking and selecting Hajj Package.
Your booking is not confirmed until the Deposit is received by us and you receive written confirmation of your booking from our agent. Your reservation may be automatically canceled if payments are not received by us as the Jun 15 as the above.
Please be advised that once your visa has been processed, there will be NO refunds available for the package(s) you have purchased. Hajj fees issued by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or related to the ritual animal sacrifice are separately charged and not included in any package or programs $295.00 Hajj fee and $125.00 Zabihaa.
The airlines which we are using have block space for the group:-
1:- Royal Jordanian airlines (RJ).
2:- Ethad Airlines (EY).
3:- Qatar Airways Air (QR).
4:- If you want to travel beyond Jeddah after hajj. We will use PIA / TK / EK / ETC.
Customer who didn’t use our above Airlines and be individual ticket not include group in time and date he should pay for additional transportation and assistant in Saudi Arabia from Mutawaf office.
Cancellation:
Hajj, Umrah and any other travel require early planning and may involve many unexpected possibilities. For your peace of mind and your protection, travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your Once in a lifetime journey or avoid having to pay high cancellation fees.
After booking a package, all cancellation requests must be received by us in writing. You acknowledge and understand that expenses and losses if a traveler canceled a booking. You expressly understand that the following
For any cancellation received on or before June 15th, 2013: $2500.00 per person cancellation fee.
There is no any cancelation after Jun 15, 2013
SACRIFICE: It is not included. It can be arranged upon request. ($125)
Hajj Fees: are additional and not included in any of the programs. ($295)
